HYPALON RUBBER (CSM)
Hypalon Rubber (CSM) is a chlorosulfonated polyethylene. It is known for its resistance to chemicals, extreme temperatures and UV. It has high flame resistance and dye stability.
Advantages of Hypalon rubber:
- Excellent resistance to sea water,UV, ozone, ageing, cold oils
- Good resistance to acids, mineral oils, chemicals
- Excellent resistance to oxidizing chemicals such as hypochlorite and sodium, sulfuric, nitric and chromic acids.
- Excellent abrasion resistance
Limits: not compatible with aggressive hydrocarbons, chlorinated ketones and aromatic solvents.
